The fit
What a good fit looks like.
- A practice you can show us, not just a certificate
- Recognised training (ICF, EMCC, AC or equivalent), which we verify
- Currently working with clients, whether or not coaching is your main job
- Real lived experience of the decisions and transitions you coach people through
- A thinker, not a nodder - you challenge, and you hold people to it
- Someone you've coached who is happy to speak to us before you join
How it works
From application to live.
Apply
About ten minutes, no essay. We read every application personally, and everyone gets a reply.
Talk
A short call with the Careering team to check the fit works both ways.
Reference
We speak to someone you've coached. We won't approach them until we've spoken to you first.
Onboard
We build your profile with you, set up your sessions and prices, and get you live.

Missed the window?
Applications for the founding cohort closed on 21 August 2026. Careering will open to more coaches as we grow, and the people who registered their interest hear first.
Register interest
Name, email, and a line about your practice. No form to fill in twice: when we open again, we come to you.
