My twenties were spent chasing the “perfect, purpose-led” career. I graduated with a degree in Biomedical Sciences — only to realise science wasn’t my path.

I then spent seven years in recruitment and sales, before moving into Learning & Development, where I now coach and train experienced hires through their development journey — from joining a new organisation through to progressing into management.

And believe me - I’ve been where you’ve been..

My own career journey hasn’t exactly been straightforward.

I went from recruitment and sales to law school, before eventually finding my way into coaching and training.

Along the way, I hit a quarter-life crisis without even realising it.

I spent years second-guessing myself — reading books, taking courses and listening to podcasts — yet still couldn’t answer a simple question:

What do I actually want, and why?

Coaching changed everything for me. For the first time, I learned to trust my gut, back myself and make decisions that felt right for me — not everyone else.

Now, I help others do the same.
