That's the quote I live by, and it's at the heart of my coaching. Coaching saved me in my late twenties when workplace bullying nearly broke me. Coaching changed my life, and set me on the path to train as a coach myself. And I know there are many people that need that same power of coaching. I carried that into over 20 years of NHS leadership, and in 2021, I heard the call, loud and clear. I quit to do this work fully, on my own terms.

I'm an ICF accredited PCC coach, Coach Mentor, Assessor and Trainer, with over 5,000 hours of coaching across the NHS, local government, higher education, charities, and the private sector.

My clients move from performing a role to living authentically, and building their career from that place at any age and from any sector.

As a woman, a person of colour, and late diagnosed neurodivergent, I bring genuine compassion and an inclusive lens to every session, in a world that doesn't always view things this way.

A stand out client moment was the client who found her voice through coaching then had the confidence to audition for The Apprentice.
