I coach women, people of colour, neurodiverse and LGBTQ+ people navigating the glass ceiling: career transitions, and getting seen, promoted and paid. It’s grounded in nearly 20 years in B2B marketing leadership, so I bring a practical, commercially-minded lens alongside the coaching itself.
A client came to me feeling stuck in her career. She had a strong track record, but slow progression and no clear path to the promotion she wanted.
