Having 'unstuck' myself and my life, both personally and professionally, numerous times, I know the task at hand and know not only to navigate it for myself, but how to support others to do the same.

My passion is in helping guide people who feel stuck, and for them to leave our time together feeling capable, confident & sure of their own capacity for growth and change, on their own terms.

At the heart of my coaching is the belief that if you can locate and understand your personal life data; how you do things, why you do things, what the root of the stories and narrative you have for yourself is, then you can use that data to your advantage, by showing up for yourself and learning that determination and a little delusion is more powerful than luck.

Working with me won’t always be easy. I’ll challenge your stories, disrupt old habits, and ask you to show up fully. But the process is always worth it.
