There is no handbook for finding your way as a leader. After 19 years working alongside leaders and teams and navigating senior leadership myself, I know how messy and stretching it can feel. Experiencing first hand the impact of having a coach in my corner led me to train as an executive coach myself. My style is warm, curious and gently challenging.
