Hey! I’m Byiravey, a qualified career coach with 14 years of professional experience, including senior leadership roles where I’ve led teams and coached and mentored professionals through their career development.

Coaching and developing others has always been one of the parts of my work I’ve loved most. But while I’d worked hard to climb the career ladder and secure leadership positions, I increasingly found myself feeling burnt out, unfulfilled and aware that I didn’t fit the traditional career mould.

Being made redundant became the turning point that pushed me to rethink what I really wanted from my career. I knew I didn’t want to follow another linear path, so I chose to build a portfolio career around the work I genuinely enjoyed, including coaching and consulting.

Today, I work with private and corporate clients across different industries, supporting people to navigate career decisions, progress in their roles and work through professional challenges. Some are figuring out what they want next, while others have a goal in mind and need support making it happen. Together, we explore their strengths, what energises them, the problems they enjoy solving and what a meaningful career could look like for them.

I’ve supported clients to pivot into new industries, land roles they’re genuinely excited about, progress in their careers and launch their own businesses. I love helping people see that they have more options than they first thought and supporting them to do something about it.

I believe a successful career doesn’t have to follow a straight line, and I love helping others discover what that looks like for them!
