Bee Jones

I'm Bee, and my entire career has been one long lesson in what happens when things get hard and someone has to actually sort them out.

Before coaching, that was Amazon, Procter & Gamble, Accenture, and running an entire education business as MD. Along the way I picked up a CIMA qualification and a place on the Whitehall Industry Group's leadership programme, for senior women who apparently can't stop taking on things that are stuck.

For the last seven years I've been coaching founders and people leaders through exactly that: the moment when something's difficult and nobody's quite sure how to move it forward. Right now that looks like someone escaping a toxic workplace, someone leaving a career in software behind entirely, and someone exiting the startup they built. Different problems, same thing underneath, people trying to work out what's true and what to do next.

No jargon, no pretending change is comfortable when it isn't. Just someone who's actually led people through the hard bits, sitting on your side of the table.
