My coaching is built on 15+ years in senior People and Talent roles across the creative, media, retail, and tech industries, including at Hearst Magazines and Ogilvy.

I’ve spent my career supporting people to progress and being part of the conversations and decisions that shape careers inside organisations. I bring that experience into my coaching, with a perspective on how careers work from both sides of the table. I help people get clear on what they want next, step up and make progress - all grounded in the reality of demanding roles, changing workplaces and full lives.

People come to me when they know something needs to change, but aren’t yet clear what that looks like. You might be questioning whether to stay or leave, struggling to see an obvious next step, or knowing you’re capable of more but unsure how to make it happen.
